Our Social Media Management plan is designed to remove the stress and guesswork from content planning, while helping you craft a brand presence that truly stands out.

In today’s digital world, your online presence is often the first interaction potential clients have with you. That’s why it’s essential to clearly showcase who you are, what you do, and why you’re the expert in your market—building rapport, credibility, and trust from the very first impression.

We create content with purpose—developing a strong brand identity that not only expands your reach, but inspires your audience to take action. Below, you’ll find the key steps we take to elevate your social media presence and deliver measurable results.

Step 1: Intake survey

To fully understand your brand and what you are looking to acomplish via our social media program, we will send over a short intake form. This form will allow us to set goals, determine our target audience, and create a unique brand image.

Step 2: Strategy session

For the first month, this meeting will be used for the following:

  • Selecting content types to cover for the month

  • Determining goals to hit and how we measure strategy effectiveness

  • Plan out viable shoot days

  • Nail down 6 pre-planned video concepts

  • Set up Metricool for hosting

After the first month, this monthly strategy session will be used for discussing analytics, and evaluating what is and isnt working in the strategy and how we can adjust accordingly.

These meetings can either take place in person or remote.

Step 3: Pre Production

After the strategy session, we will develop a preproduction sheet that includes the following:

Shoot dates and locations

Content scripts and themes

A tentative schedule for batch filming

Music preferences and stylistic choices for editing

This process allows for a seamless experience on shoot days and aligned views before videos are created. This also allows us to correctly block allotted time and stay organized on the day of production.

Step 4: Production Day

During production days, we will follow the schedule created for pre production to batch film content. All video Ideas will be pre determined through preproduction leaving this session entirely dedicated to filming the content for the month. We will focus on shooting all needed A-roll from agents and on camera personas first to minimize the time of production. Shoots can take up to 4 hours so make sure to prepare beforehand.

Step 5: Posting

We manage all posting for the monthly content to provide the best analytics, posting schedules, and optimized reach. This also midtigates the hassle of file sharing and content organization for agents.

Hosting is provided through Metricool which allows us to actively track analytics, what responds best with your audience, and the most active times of the day. With this service, we can predetermine an optimal posting schedule to build momentum while aligning with your viewers interests.

Step 6: Review

At the end of each month, you will be sent a report detailing the effectiveness of this social media plan. This will include metrics on follower count, views, interactions, audience demographics, overall growth, and which content types worked best.

Additional analysis and review will take place at monthly strategy sessions but the full report will be sent to you for your own records.

An overview of our strategies success and what needs to be improved. this includes growth charts, what formats work best, and analytics across all social profiles.

Budget & Cost:

Current Monthly Budget: $3,500 / Month

This budget will be allocated across research, planning, preproduction, shooting, and content management to ensure quality and intentionality throughout each step of the process.

We don’t just want to throw things at a wall and see what sticks, we want to research whats working in the market and provide you with formats that will actually help you build a professional brand.

Additional fees:

If more videos are needed in a month outside of the deliverables they will be charged at the following rates:
