Personal Branding Video: Marnie Long

Budget Allocation:

The project budget of $3,000 USD will be allocated across preproduction, production, and post production to ensure each phase of the project is thoughtfully executed aligned with Marnies brand image and values.

Purpose:

This project will serve to establish Marnie as the go to real estate expert in Harmony Club, as well as northern Colorado. With her proven track record of 5 star reviews over the past 30 years, she is your best option when choosing to sell or buy a home.

This productions aim is to convey Marnie and her brand in a way that reflects luxury in a down to earth and approachable way. While Marnie is extremely motivated and driven, she also likes to have fun and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. We will aim to show both the professional, highly capable side of Marnie, in addition to showing that she can be real, organic, and fun.

Luxury sellers, and buyers.

Content Breakdown:

Personal Branding Video (3-5min)

A 3-5min video showcasing Marnie and her brand. This video will capture marnies personality, expertise, and lifestyle outside of real estate. The main A-roll of this video will consist of an interview with supporting two camera angles and professional audio. Alongside the interview will be supporting B-roll shots of the following:

  • Harmony Club (interior and exterior)

  • Surrounding area and golf course

  • Detail shots of listings (interior & Exterior)

  • Pickleball

  • Boating

  • Office

  • Aerial Shots

4 Highlight Reels (under 1min each)

Highlight reels created from footage gathered for the personal branding video for use on social platforms in addition to promotional content. These videos will be short features of Harmony club, the surrounding areas, and key moments captured throughout the project.

Footage Archive

All footage will be archived and kept for future use and promotional material.

Planning / Preproduction: August 10th-15th

Interview Shoot: August 21st (Buckup dates: 22nd or 23rd) @ Marnies Home

Broll Shooting: August 23rd (Harmony Club, Pickleball, Neighborhood, Office)

Post Production: August 24th - September 6th

Review and Revisions: September 6th - 14th

Final Delivery of Completed Project: September 15th
